How QUICKLY 10 years fly by Releasing the LYTE

I sit in the darkness and realize that I let my 20's just slip away. Of course at the time I was QUEEN of the world. Marrying the Man of my dreams, having a baby, making more money then my parents and trying REAL hard to be a WOMAN. If only someone had said "TAMI this time is your time so take your time hun"... I would have slowed way down. Playing, joking, hoping, dreaming and wanting all fell to the wayside. It all just was WAY to child like and I wanted to act like a WOMAN. It hurt when the world started to rip apart... My marriage, my career, and my money slipped away. I had to be someone's child to ask for and get help. I hated every moment of having to depend on anyone to help me in whatever it was I was going through.

Ten years of trying extremely hard, creating new ways of being while being so lost. I have one complete hope for my daughter!!! THAT SHE ALLOWS HER 20's to just flow...LET IT BE BABY!

Here at 33 I see clearly I lost my dreams. I thought that having dreams was very young of me. What I know for sure in this moment.... DREAMS make life worth living. My dreams launch me forward, create new worlds and help me remain grounded in being me. I see that I lost my way as a woman. I thought being a WOMAN meant being cold and demanding respect. What I know for sure in this moment .......A WOMAN is comfortable in her skin where ever that skin may take her, commanding her own acts so demanding anything is not necessary. I see that I embraced everyones else's wants and didn't allow myself to want. I thought wanting things useless. What I know for sure in this moment.... Wanting create goals and working towards a thing makes attain that thing much more likely. I see that I fought foolishness. I thought playing, joking and being childish was below me. what I know for sure in this moment.... Being childlike assists in me being youthful both in looks and in health.

Perspective is everything.... how you choose to see a thing well affect how you react or act towards a thing. I am so happy to have the ability to grow from my twenty's. Looking back its not the things I did that I regret but rather the things I didn't do. DO! thats what it comes down to.....DO!

Freedom Choice and TRUTH a blog to check out, GO NOW

Everywhere I turn I see signs of how I currently live coming to an end or changing. The Full Moon on May 27/28 *see your timezone* is all about see truth in the LYTE and progressing with change. There is a awesome blog about Truth link posted above that I started my day with. Then later on in the day I remembered I'm 33. A year of newness! Its also a 1 year for me.

I've been having conversations about control and the illusion of control we have just about everyday in May. Illusions, change, lifestyles and own up to yourself have pretty much been the themes for 2010 so far. I really like it when its just given to us clear as day yet living comes from the experiences that build you up to the knowing. I truly am ready to change and I accept the changes that happen to ensure Truth, LYTE and positive whole being living happen for me.

I know this may seem all over the place .....Honestly its all in place for me. I'm not look for the Silver lining, the reason of it all or an excuse to be okay with what's happing. What I am looking at is this moment and only this moment. How beautiful it is!! How amazing I get to live it RIGHT NOW!

Addictive Mindsets *Attaining Lyte"

I often kid that Addicts find a way to get what they want and once they have it they are SUPER DUPER thankful finally getting it. They may not be so thankful for the $0.10 you just gave them but once they have the true goal in hand, nose, mouth or vein they are forever thankful.

So being the scientist that I am I wanted to develop a formula that might addictive folx and more so to understand the thought process so that more people can attain their TRUE end goals.

Here is what I go so far *more posts on this later* ....
1. You got not only know and understand what you want but you got to fiend/feel for it
2. What you wnat has to consume your every thought. I am its got to be in the foreground and background of your mind each moment
3. You have to plot out a way to get what you want
4. You have to be available to plot # 1 thru #1000
5. You have to ask for what you need to get what you want
6. You can not take rejection personal or allow it to deter you
7. You must follow thru to the end no matter what

Now there are a couple of things we must keep in mind to maintain sanity and be healthy

1. We have to assess whether or not what we desire is worthy of the attention we are about to give it
*IF YOU CAN NOT DO STEP ONE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FORWARD*
2. We have to some sort of daily practice or connection to something high then yourself and that is not the idea you want to attain. Ie meditation and prayer
3. We should not try to attain a thing because Mrs. Jones has it
4. We should be prepared to be humbled by the entire experience
5. We should never BEG for anything alone the way
6. We should never harm another to get that which we want to attain
7. We should come out of the experience with lesson to grow from

As I treat addicts with Acudetox I see more and more folx who find a way. Even if there is no way. Excuse become no more and moments truly become precious. I often think "WOW, he/she is relentless....unstopable even" And if that effort was put towards something benefical to their lives they could be everything dreams are made of.
I want to be the person who lives the dreams. On twitter today @paulocoelho said ": An alchemist: a person who transforms dreams into reality. Be one" I so want to be an alchemist. Now I have a goal time to take action.

I've never been one who is jealous of ANYTHING. My mother, proudly, instelled a strong understanding of self and striving for your OWN best self. Yet everytime a RV, Motorhome or 5th wheeler flys pass me on the road my heart flutters. It feels like I just visited my first pick college and started praying hard for that full ride scholarship that would make it all possible!

HOW EXCITING IT IS TO HAVE A GOAL!

I'm really trying to figure it all out! Make it all happen! There is no doubt that it will soon enough. ITS THE INBETWEEN MOMENTS THAT MAKE LIFE WORTH LIVING.

On a side note school is almost over for both Queene and I and its time to cleanse. In general I take June and cleanse with queene. Its easier to watch her intake! SCHOOLS SUCK when it comes to tempations, i.e. VENDING Machines. We'll be doing a 2 week liver flush, 1 week kindey flush and 1 week colon flush. I'm excited. I've been reading about Dr.Berg and his body typing. I'm Adernal, of course! I'll take the summer and follow his plan and see what happens with my friends "FEW EXTRA POUNDS"!

Anyway have I said ......I'm READY! Well I am!

Raise ur Kids Shed some Lyte

Its no secret! I want mo children! I want a set of twin Boys and I know I'll have at least on other child beside them. Let me be honest ....AHEMMMM I already know their names. *I apologize to the father whomever he is, they came to me in my dreams*
So when I think about all I've done with my daughter and my childhood there is one thing that will set the pace for my sons! TRAVEL and lots of it. I AM SO GRATEFUL I SPENT 12 YRS OVER SEAS as a child. That experience has enabled me to see bigger broader even more vivid pictures of what life is all about. Its help me to grow as an adult and be open as a human being. School or the lack there of scares me but I'd rather be mom, wife, best friend and teacher then to leave it up to US public schools to "learn" my children. Queene did private thru to 5th grade and I'm not even that sure about how that went. The world is the best classroom. I know thats where I'll invest in my children's future the next go around.

Pilot and Co-Pilot Sharing My Lyte

Soulmates, Partners and Spouses all sound good and in theory make prefect sense. Growing up all I heard was you have to be independent or never put yourself in the position to rely on anyone. Well I'm so over being WonderWoman. As a matter of fact she can go jump in her invisible plane a jet away! SuperWoman can follow her lead too!

I rather be a silly goose and mate up for life! My ideas, understandings and thought processes are changing so quickly it often feels life *as in the one I lead right now* can not keep up.

I know I want to rely on at least one other person of this world. Hmmm even depend on them for support whether it is mentally, physically or emotionally.
Ummmm but Joe down the block ain't gonna do it for me anymore. I trust that what I need plus what I desire will meet up and show up at my door....REAL SOON.
The one thing that makes a partnership completely doable for me now is understanding the need to communicate. Communication truly is key. It also has to just be there. Trying to bulid a communication bridge after the Dam broke aint gonna happen. Just as trying to sign to the fastest talker in the west aint gonna happen either. I get that..... what is will be. I also want to listen as much if not more than I want to be heard.
I wonder how many couples met before, during or in between traveling on the road? I also wonder how the conclusion of travelin full time was made by newly formed partnerships?
I'm sure I'll get to answer those and many more questions of the like real soon, thru my creator's will.

The wind in my sails, Follow Ur Lyte!

So today we *We being my daughter Queene, Me, Ava/Ant and our teacher Susan* went sailing. Alot of past experiences came up for me during that four hour trip. I'll journal it out and get what I can from my words on paper. UMMMMM..... The future came up too. Sailing really push home the Rving thing. I need to travel, to take trips and you know..... spread my wings. I need to get out of this box that is closing in all around me. The box is appealing when you look through its windows. The Jones', Smith's and even the Bushes' may appear to be living your life. Yet reality is your life is defined by you and you alone.
I define the who, the what and the where. The Creator takes care of the how.... HOW AMAZING IS THAT!
I'm thankful for this understanding. I am grateful for this knowledge. I give thanks for this wisdom.

I define my life not by what I see. Illusions cast waves upon your every movement. I rather define my life by what feels useful, purposeful and rightous *as in on a positive vibration*.
I am allowing my sails to catch the breeze fully so that I may go in the direction that takes me out into the GREAT big open sea!

There is so much to take in, to be apart of and to release. I am ready!

So I have set a three year plan, to become a full time RVer, into motion. I will, however, be hitting the road real soon for every holiday, off day and extended weekend. I say real soon because I still have to get an RV! A 1972 Travco 270/320 413/440 to be exact! I have been INSIDE two already and it felt SO much like HOME. The prices for both were a bit high and they both need alot of work at those prices. I love the idea of fixing one up so I'm not discouraged. I even have the name for my 1972 Travco, NU NU. Nu Rvers are nonretired folx living on the road. Check'em at www.nurvers.com I just love the ideas behind most of their journeys so NU NU is bring me into their world.

I'd like support from my love ones in whatever way they feel fit to give....TRUST ME its welcomed. I'm stepping out but it really feels like I'm stepping in.

So I'm serious about this RV thing. More then that I'm ready. I have a PLAN, I'm preparing room and taking action! DID I SAY I AM READY!!! Well I am!

Here's what I know....
1. I want to stay at Family Owned *read smaller* campsites about 75% of the time
2. I want to Boondock at 25% of the time
3. I want to be a holistic, green and sustainable as possible
4. I want to ONLY patron mom and pop shops, co-ops and those who are their own boss
5. I want a partner who can ride out with me!
6. I want a career in training and development that is or will be a prefect fit for telecommuting
7. I am so glad I have all the certs I've gotten over the past 3 years they WILL come in handy after all.

The road is callin! I see The LYTE 5/11/10

Ummm I'm a military brat and even married a Man in the military who happens to be the father of my daughter and now is my EX. I have moved every three or fours years since I was born. I never really like stay anywhere for too long. ONCE AGAIN THE ROAD IS CALLIN!!!

In Feb. 10' I was told several times that I should check out a NOMADIC tribe in Northern Africa if I was interested in my possible roots from The Great LAND. And everyone knows my mother is a Native American raised at Eagle point WVa. They travled with the seasons. TRAVELING is in my DNA, my blood and my soul.

I've been looking at Travco Rv's, eps. a 1972 beauty. I am seriously thinking that Rving is the way for me to go FULL TIME.

Life stop looking truly beautiful to me about two years ago. Alot has changed during this time. I often feel like I'm caught in some crazy hail/fire/lighting storm. The funny thing is I just find where I fit best and go with the flow. I haven't felt like I've made the best for myself but rather the best that has happened has enabled me to just be. I am grateful for this time .... It makes YOU HUNGRY! That hunger helps you reach harder and stronger. Its all apart of living in todays world. I KNOW what I want more, just as I know what I dont want! I'm going for what I desire! That's how you take care of HUNGER!

I'm a writer..... I write all the time! I write best when my world changes daily. I feel most alive while the world around me is new and exciting. Problem is SOCIETY pushes us to fit in these crazy little boxes. I dont mind 9-5's at all but right now in this economy getting one has been difficult. I DO KNOW MY DREAM CAREER IS WAITING FOR ME! Yet the question of "Why not jump?" comes up everyday for me..... There are 4 reasons why my left foot and only my left foot is stuck firmly to the ground...
1. My daughter... She is working so hard to achieve her dreams *Goin to IdleWood CA to attend an Art highschool* which includes being in a gifted and talented program at her current school. Rving would put her in to home schooling. I'm not sure if this will be to her benefit.
2. I need a RV. Funds!?! ...... thats all Imma say!
3. I want to meet my life partner. I know he will be where ever I am. I get that really!!! Yet I want to set off on this adventure with someone. Going it alone has been how I lived my life up to now and its time for a change! I deserve having the chance to grow and evolve via my reflection.
and lastly
4. Money. I gotta figure out how to live on the road.

My resolve....
Get a 1972 Travco NOW *Come on Career/Job FIND ME! I'm ready* and travel during the summer/on long weekends until I can do it full time on my terms!

May the divine be inspired to live this experience through me and make all this possible!

With all Darkness comes LIGHT!

I learned today that oppurtunities may look alike walls. I had a great day overall. My spirit as of late has been a bit heavy. This day neither lighten nor wieghed on that feeling. I'm ready to ease on down the road carrying only that which I truly need.

I was reminded of support and reaching out for help. All things come from asking ....asking is simply using ur breath to achieve. Breathwork is completely necessary!

So ...the dawn was drawn and dusk dances across a sky whose light comes from the FULL MOON.

Today I felt weakness of thought several times.
I completed several school tasks while feeling overwhelmed by it all.
My heart was heavy. My mind way to full!
I was told 2 times that I looked too young to have a 11 year old daughter. Leaves me to wonder how old I like and what that means in THIS society.

I realized I truly dislike going through this life without a partner. I am worthy and deserving. Sharing all things make them better. All in divine time.

I didnt take time....I didnt breathe...I didnt chant. I saw the effects of my disconnection from myself.

I remain open to all possiblities! I am... I am... I am...

Crafting your Lyte

So I am a ETSY.COM addict!!

Seriously!
I am really starting to wonder if I need to talk to someone about it. There is a benefit to my window shopping....The urge to CRAFT!!! As you all know I love, I DO MEAN LOVE, to upcycle and reuse everything. AHEM...I have found the best use for those wonderful TWEENY *THANKS A BUNCH QUEENE`* magazine pages. You know the ones that look so beautiful just not enough to compete with the ORIGINAL pieces of art on my walls. So why not make them in to envelopes.

Okay here is the story.... I bought something from ETSY.com, wonderful something. Paypal.com must have been having an off day because I kept getting the "Try Again in 30 Mins" screen. I decided to just send a money order for the amount. I made my task *WITH ALARM* in my phone, got the money order the very nested day and had every intention to sending it out. Fast forward to THREE WEEKS later, yes 3, and I am still walking around with an USPS money order for my ETSY.COM purchase. Why didn't I mail the money order.....HMMMM... I was being cheap. Okay so the stamp is now 41 cents or is it 44 cents, I didn't have an ENVELOPE, and I refused to buy a stamped envelope. Mainly because I HAD A STAMP ALREADY. Thus I walked around being dishonest to myself and a very AMAZING ETSY.COM crafter for three weeks. I finally did mail it out this past Saturday after Queene the Great made me a envelope. Her actions always lead me to research whats going on and so I looked up envelope templates. I found some for free here along with some other awesome free cards and labels. You can print the template right on to the paper you want to use or use some pretty hard card stock for a permanent template. I also used the scraps to make gift tags with. I am embracing all art as gifts of passion! Art Art Art is...How wonderful is a world engulfed in ART!!!! GT N TY to all that is DIVINE!!

So YES..... I am an Artist!
That statement has taken me years to fully embrace and speak with confidence.
I can run down the MANY reason I often ran away from the idea of being an Artist yet TRUTH IS...I am Artist. So today I'm standing in it!

I write, make jewelry, make all my body and hair products and create all kinds of items daily.

Being an Artist doesn't mean you have to sell your wears. I've given away thousands of my products as gifts of the years. I've made items per request, out of need or just from love. I, however, prefer to make and keep my products for myself. OK OK thats a whole other blog!!!! Over the last two weeks I've come to understand that letting go is not just for your emotional baggage. I've got to let go of my ART. I resolve to release some of my art this year. I'm currently finishing up two different books which I plan to self publish. I'm also open to making custom jewelry for people by request.

Art is the voice of the soul. Sometimes you speak it and other times it speaks for you.

Shining my Lyte: I grow up doing Drama, modeling and dancing. I was first published at 16, I wrote a Sci-fi much like the Matrix. I've made all my body and hair products for the past six years but have been mixing up body butters since high school. I make Gemstone Jewelry based on attainment using the properies of the gemstone to aid in the endeavor. I also can sew, craft most people under their own house and do ok with mixed media visual art.

Chanting is a form of release for me. I liken it to speaking in tongues, without the spit or religious overtones. I often feel instantly connected to the divine/universe while fulfilling my need for internal sound. So I'm stepping up my chanting practice in 2010.

I use a mala *see the etsy.com link below for a great homemade mala store*. I do a round of 108 for each mantra, generally two mantras a day. This means..... I say or chant a mantra 108 times.

Shedding Lyte: I often feel weightless and very focus after I chant. Chanting helps to connect me to my mind, body, spirit and soul. It becomes background music for my day. Adding a constant tune that enables me to shift my beingness to be more inline with day. This helps to Fade out my endless chatter and see this as they are. I feel grounded and prepared after chanting. I suggest doing it in the am as well as the pm. I give chantting 5 Radiantly Bright Lytes!

2010 is a 3 year and a 1 year for me. My life path numer is a 3...Thus... A 1yr in a 3yr for a #3! A Creatively New Beginnning's year for me! YAY!

I wonder how many people actually felt the lead up to 2010. Did you feel it? It was breathtaking and enaging all at the sametime. Sublime yet tangible! I felt layers just fall away, drift out into the vast nothingness and then be burnt to ashes by the NYE 09' BLUE Moon w/lunar eclipse. Amazing, simply amazing.

A New Year indeed! I welcome it enchanted while wide eyed! I embrace all that may come, I can imagine and what my dreams have been full of with acceptance and allowing. I give thanks for all that is and will be!

Will you do betta to be your best in 2010? I truly hope so as I aim to.

SO I'M Not a morning person at all. Problem is I've made some awesome lifestyle changes over the past few months based on a 545am or earlier wake up. HMMMM!!!! I need help!! I hardly ever reach out for assistance however I NEED HELP!

I can feel my body changing back to something I was once in love with, my mind is getting clearer/more exacting and my spirit/soul is open. I want this journey to continue THUS I NEED HELP!

I'm not sure what will help me beside someone coming into my home and finding a gentle way to wake me up but I'm asking for help anyway!!

OKAY I PROMISE I'm going to be on this blog more often, HONESTLY!!!!! I really am just settling down after the 1/20/09 craziness!

One more thing I will be adding is why, when and what I am eating at least weekly! Twitters you're going to get a double play of this!!!

I feel so charged and ready for change I'm starting to grow impatient about it!!!

Here is what I have learned these past six months

1. Make a PLAN

2. Make the PLAN simpler

3. Follow your PLAN

4. Get prepared for everything and anything (Pack food, set out workout clothes, buy food weekly, set out shopping lists/bags, make a menu, have dinning out options ahead of time and do as much as you can on Sunday!!!)

5. Do it your way for you!!

6. Eat often and small portions

7. anything less then 1350 calories is not enough

8. Water WATER water ( 120 oz works for me)

9. Their best is my worst

10. Be flexible ( 65% raw 20 % vegan fill in the rest with a little chicken a little fish NO WHEAT NO WHITE SUGAR, Stay high on nuts and veggies ) with yourself within your known good foods

11. EVERYONE NEEDS A BREAK ( have a weekend where you can let loose)

12. Workout when you feel it even if you already did that day

13. THIS WILL ONLY COUNT IF YOU ARE HAPPY AT THE END OF THE DAY!!

My release over the past 6 months 18 lbs! Slow but steady is my plan!!

1.) To cleanse myself, my home, my daughter and all that engulfs me.

a.) I will clean my mind, body, soul and surroundings

b.) I will juice and raw fast for all of DEC

2.) To continue to Journal, Blog and VLog

3.) To meditate twice daily

4.) To follow my workout schedule completely

5.) To ensure I am fueling myself at least 7 times a day

6.) To follow my supplement regimen daily

7.) To allow the universe to bring me a career change that will allow me to grow

I was asked why the moon phases are so important....

Albert Einstein is recognized as one of the smartest men who has ever lived. A little known fact about Einstein is that when he was young he did extremely poor in school. Just so everyone knows, I am a single parent who is trying to raise a QUEEN GREENIE!! We each choose the battles we wish to conquer when you become parents. I, of course, have chosen to fight the green fight with my mini me, Ms. Queene! I would have made the decision to embark on the green journey much earlier if I would've known my 10 year old little lady would be leading me through all the darkness. Here are a couple of things that will allow you to SHARE LYTE WITH THE KIDS!!

GAIA GIRLS the book series written by Lee Welles is a must read. I am of the Shera and Wonder Woman generation. I miss the completeness that they each brought to my childhood and notice their absence in my daughter life. I meet Lee Welles at the GREEN FESTIVAL in 2007. I was looking in the book section for those who used soy/vegetable inks and recycled paper to network with. Lee Welles has done both! I am currently writing a self esteem series for little girls and I wanted to know all my options. Lee made me feel really brilliant and comfortable right from HELLO. Gaia Girls are four girls who have earth friendly super, but not over the top, powers. Each book is set in a believable environment and the main characters are met with some sort of eco-disater. I read the first two of the series during a business trip just after the festival. The books comes with activities, puzzles and games at the end of the story. AWESOME!!!! Yes, I did them all. The best thing about GAIA GIRLS is that my little greenie read them, asked questions and enjoyed each activity.

So I have been thinking about the trash in my life.

I realized trash can show up EVERYWHERE!

TRASH ITEMS

#1 junk food
My major junk food problem is potato chips!!! I can eat a whole bag of Herr's S/V (the WHITE bag) in one sitting.
My resolve is to eat Tortilla chips and seed based chips!

#2 Junk Mail
I get mail from all kinds of places
My resolve is to instantly put snail junk mail in the paper recycle bin.
and to spam all junk email I receive.

#3 Plastic bags
I have two beautiful dogs who use poop bags. Today I realized I put the plastic poop bag into the plastic kitchen trash bag that goes in to my trash bin plastic liner and then travels to the landfills. YES I cried!!!

#4 TV
I don't really like cable TV or News but I do love the Sundance channel and now Planet Green (Discover Home channel). I sat down Sunday to relax and 6 hours later I was still watching TV. Talk about wasted time.
My resolve is to keep TV watching time to 2 hours a day.

#5 Food waste
I love cooking and now that I have my garden producing great PRODUCE I am doing it more often. That means leftovers (I HATE LEFTOVERS) and non usable parts of produce all being thrown away.
My resolve is to build a worm composting bin!!

#6 Couples Time
I found the time I spend with my spouse is often argument driven silence.
My resolve is to make the time I spend with my spouse US TIME that is not being thrown away.

#7 Books
I have 23 books that I have not read yet. I bought a new bookshelf to fit them on recently that looks clean and new. I love to read and LEARNING is a personal daily resolve.
My resolve is read all 23 books by Sept 15 and not to buy another book until I have.

We each have to get a TRASH thing under control. SO...........How bout you, do you have any TRASH!!!???

1. Have a Mantra
A mantra is the main focus of meditation, a word or a phrase that you use to center your mind, bring calmness to the body, and assist with concentration. Use whatever word or phrase that bring you to meditation, and use it throughout the day to gain more control and feel calmer.

2. Maintain Rituals
A routine is something you do habitually, like drinking a cup of coffee in the morning or sit quietly in your favorite chair or writing in your journal. Ritual or routine keeps your emotions in check, and convey the balance on a regular basic.

3. Do One Thing at a Time
We become experts with multi-tasking these days. Try to do just one thing at a time. Carefully pay attention to what you are doing, and where you are at the moment. When you feel panic, ask yourself what one task has to be done first.

4. Just Say Thank You
Keep a gratitude journal will give you a better self-esteem, more energy, and felt more alert. Write down three things that you are grateful for every day, and make it a habit to say thank you to someone you admire, love, or has done you a favor.

5. Practice Acceptance
Acceptance means peace, and also means you are willing to face it without reacting or blaming, or getting angry. When you feel annoyed or irritated, try to connect with yourself, and then the other person. Practice acceptance to feel calmer, and use positive thinking to replace aggitation.

6. Do Something for Others
Kindness acts give us a deep feeling of purpose. When you do something nice for other, you have a sense of connecting to that person, and it does wonder for the mind.

7. Do Something for Yourself
You will not be able to take care of anyone or anything else in your life if you're burned out or run down. Have at least 15 minutes every day to do something pleasurable just for yourself.

8. Learn to Say No
It is challenging to say no on the spot. If you have a hard time saying no, then just tell them the famous phrase that we've heard all the time: “Let me get back to you.”

9. Tune into Nature
Spend time listening to the sounds of nature, bird singing, leaves rushing, rain drops, ocean waves, wind blowing to alter out the noises of modern life.

10. Visualize beauty
Let your mind goes, and visualize a beautiful picture you have seen, or been at. Concentrate on the beauty of the world to center your thoughts, and feelings.

11. Clean up your Surroundings
Simplify your desk, kitchen counters, or any other spot in the house that collect clutters. You will have more time to do what you love, less stress if you are not overwhelmed with your environment.

12. Learn Something New
There is so much to learn every day. Find something that is not familiar to you and learn about it. You never know what you might discover.
